This activity organically integrated cultural training, safety learning and marine leisure experience, achieving remarkable results. Day 1: Cultural Guidance and Safety Foundation Laying The first day of the activity kicked off with in-depth thematic training. First of all, Dr. Chen Guicai, Chairman of the company, personally served as the speaker and brought a feast of ideas on corporate culture and life philosophy to all employees. Centering on the "Doctrine of the Mean" and "Carrying Virtue to Bear All Things", Chairman Chen profoundly interpreted the wisdom of being a person and running a business. He pointed out that the "Doctrine of the Mean" is the wisdom of grasping balance and pursuing harmony, and a crucial methodology in enterprise operation and team management; while "Carrying Virtue to Bear All Things" emphasizes the fundamental nature of moral cultivation—only by taking noble virtue as the foundation can we carry forward the cause, unite people's hearts and achieve sustainable development. Chairman Chen's explanation quoted classics and was simple and easy to understand. His profound cultural heritage and business philosophy aroused strong resonance and in-depth thinking among all employees. Subsequently, Huang Zhongnan, the company's safety specialist, delivered a unique safety training. Innovatively starting from the traditional Chinese philosophical theories of "energy circle" and "Yin-Yang and Five Elements", Specialist Huang skillfully integrated modern safety management concepts. He vividly explained how to effectively predict and prevent safety risks by identifying, evaluating and balancing various "energies" in the system. Day 2: Sailing to the Sea, Sharing the Joy of Fishing On the second day, the team went to the beautiful Xiangshan Coast to experience the "fishing" life. In the morning, everyone boarded fishing boats to go out to sea for fishing, personally experiencing the working life of traditional fishermen. With the sea breeze blowing and the waves sparkling, in the process of cooperating to cast and haul nets, they not only experienced the joy of harvest, but also deeply felt the power of team collaboration and trust. In the evening, the team stayed in the fishing village and enjoyed leisure time at the beach resort. As the sun set, everyone either played in the waves or walked on the beach, relieving pressure and enhancing mutual friendship in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Day 3: Exploring the Fishing Village, Enjoying the Scenery of Mountains and Sea On the last day of the activity, the team visited the ancient city of Shipu Fishing Port, known as "China's No. 1 Fishing Village". Walking through the antique streets and alleys, feeling the strong marine cultural history and fishing customs, and tasting authentic seafood, everyone gained a more intuitive understanding of Zhejiang's profound marine culture. In the afternoon, the team came to the scenic Songlan Mountain Coastal Tourism Resort. Along the winding coastline, everyone walked and visited, admired the magnificent scenery of mountains and sea, relaxed in the natural oxygen bar, and drew a perfect end to this team building activity. This team building activity is an important part of Esigma's corporate culture construction and team forging.
